To Run oracle forms 10g on windows 7 or Internet Explorer 8,9
Replace the jvm.dll in jinitiator directory (C:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.13\bin\hotspot\) with this file http://files.getdropbox.com/u/3353/jvm.dll
Then edit preference in form to run with IE (if necessary) eg edt->preferences->runtime->Enter Web Browser Location or make IE as your default web-browser
Restart IE and try again, Windows 7 should reduce your colour scheme
